ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene).

Description

The ABS is a block copolymer formed from a dispersion of rubber particles in a matrix of rigid plastic.
Thanks to its own micro-structure, the ABS bears high mechanical loads, high resilience and excellent impact resistance even at low temperatures.
Feelcolor selects the best grades of ABS to guarantee the best performance of the printed product.

Optimal Adhesion on printing plate is obtained with various tricks: masking tape, Kapton or polyamide tapes, stick-glue, extra strong hair spray.
Temperatures and parameters settings may vary greatly on different 3D printers but the values suggested above are believed to be the best starting point to find the optimal setup.
