ORDERS

Orders received are considered valid only if approved by the commercial office of AGP S.r.l.

AGP S.r.l. reserves the right to make any change to orders received but subjected to customer approval.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The order is usually processed and shipped within 24/48 hours after receipt.

The goods travel on behalf and at risk of the customer even when free shipped.

The terms of delivery are respected accordingly to our stock availability and factory needs; delays do not give the right to compensation.

Shipping is free in Italy and in the listed countries for orders over 50 €

IMPORTANT NOTE

Since there may be cases of shortages or damages in shipment, it is advisable to check the goods delivered and, if necessary, immediately report the anomalies to the carrier. Lacking of this, disputes and compensation will not be accepted.

PRODUCTS PRICES

The price of goods distributed by us refers to the single piece unless otherwise specified, VAT included (22%), packaging costs and shipping excluded.
AGP S.r.l. reserves the right to make changes to the price list at any time due to the possible fluctuations of currency markets and raw materials.

Technical and printing information on this site and in the downloadable material are to be considered indicative.

All technical informations are reported in good faith and considered correct.

The correct use and application of our products is under the full responsibility of the customer.

PICTURES and COLOR CHANGE FILAMENT

Images are for illustrative purpose only and could not exactly match the final color of the filament.

The "Color Change" reel can have a more or less evident shade of color inside (not rainbow effect).

RETURNS

AGP S.r.l. does not accept claims or returns after eight days from the receipt of goods. We accept returns of material only after written authorization from our sales department.
If these terms are not complied, no disputes will be accepted.
The returned goods must:

• - be authorized by us in writing;
• - report the details of our accompanying/invoice note;
• - be shipped with paid carriage;
• - be in the conditions in which it was sent (package included).

For any dispute, competent judicial authority is the Court of Asti (Italy).
The goods accepted by us and returned for reasons not attributable to our mistakes or to product defects, must reach us with any additional cost.
The returned goods must be accompanied by a specification showing the details of our documents (transport document, invoice) as required by current regulations.

JURISDICTION

For any dispute, the competent judicial authority is understood as the Court of Asti (Italy).
